most people go to the internet searching for information to become knowledgeable in the real estate market when buying or selling a home.  With the "click" of a "mouse", everything you need to know is right there.... or is it??

Sellers want to know....  "What price did my neighbor list his/her house for?  What price did it sell for?  How long did it take to sell?  How much can I sell my house for?  How soon will it sell?  What's currently on the market for sale?... etc."  A very important question sellers should ask is "What am I required by law to disclose to the public/buyer?"

Buyers want to know....  "How quickly do homes sell in the neighborhood I want to buy in?  What price are the homes listed for and what price are they really selling for?  Is the seller willing to negotiate on price?  What about closing costs?  Will the seller accept my offer if I ask for a home inspection?  If accepted, what company should I use?  Who should I call to show me the inside of any house for sale listed with any real estate company?... etc."

So many questions, so many web sites, so many different answers.  Researching can become time consuming & overwhelming.  Even the most experienced internet savvy individual loses valuable time when surfing internet websites.

Wouldn't it be great if your questions were answered on a more personal level?  What if one answer leads to another question?  Who's available to answer the next question?
